Items Under $10: Items priced under $10 are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Custom or personalized items.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 30% may be applied to certain returns at our discretion. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us through email and our team will assist you,
Provide your order number/Part number of the item bought, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
